Outer Cove Basketball Association is a youth basketball organization based out the east end of St. John’s, Outer Cove, Torbay, and surrounding areas.

Our Junior Hoops program is for young athletes beginning in Pre K who are looking to learn the game at a young age, meet new friends, and have fun!

Beginning in Grade 2, and continuing until Grade 12 - our club academy allows athletes to practice 1-2 times per week and play games with the OCBA club.

From small group training, to private training - our program has programs that allow athletes to work on all aspects of their game.
